498. In accordance with article 27 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party increase its efforts to provide material assistance and support to economically disadvantaged families and guarantee the right of children to an adequate standard of living.
498- ووفقاً للمادة 27 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف على زيادة جهودها لتوفير المساعدة والدعم الماديين للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً وتأمين حق الأطفال في مستوى معيشي ملائم.

In accordance with article 27 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party reinforce its efforts to provide support and material assistance to economically disadvantaged families and to guarantee the right of children to an adequate standard of living.

وأوصت اللجنة بجملة من التدابير منها التخلص سريعاً من الفقر الذي يعانيه الأطفال والاستمرار في تقديم المساعدة والدعم الماديين للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً(61).

441. In accordance with article 27 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State reinforce its efforts to provide support and material assistance to economically disadvantaged families and to guarantee the right of children to an adequate standard of living.
441- وتوصي اللجنة، وفقاً للمادة 27 من الاتفاقية، الدولة الطرف بأن تعزز جهودها الهادفة إلى تقديم الدعم والمساعدة المادية للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً وإلى ضمان حق الأطفال في مستوى معيشي لائق.

(a) The inadequate access to and quality of health services in the State party, especially for economically disadvantaged families, refugees and IDPs;
(أ) النقص الحاصل في الاستفادة من الخدمات الصحية وفي نوعيتها في الدولة الطرف، وبخاصة للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً واللاجئين والمشردين داخلياً؛

The Committee recommends that the State party take all the necessary measures to provide support and material assistance to economically disadvantaged families and undertake structural changes in order to address child poverty.
58- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لتقديم الدعم والمساعدة المادية للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً وبإجراء تغييرات هيكلية من أجل مكافحة فقر الأطفال.

The Committee recommends that, in accordance with article 27 of the Convention, the State party reinforce its efforts to provide support and material assistance to economically disadvantaged families, child heads of household and abandoned and orphan children and to guarantee the right of children to an adequate standard of living.
214- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تقوم، وفقاً للمادة 27 من الاتفاقية، بتعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى توفير الدعم والمساعدة المادية للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً وللأطفال المعيلين لأسر معيشية وللأطفال المهملين واليتامى، وضمان حق الأطفال في مستوى معيشي لائق.

CRC noted that most children who have lost their parents live in harsh poverty and recommended that the State provide support and material assistance to economically disadvantaged families.
ولاحظت لجنة حقوق الطفل أن معظم الأطفال الذين فقدوا والديهم يعانون فقراً شديداً(153) وأوصت الدولة الطرف بتقديم الدعم والمساعدة المادية للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً(154).

Strengthen its efforts to provide material assistance and support to economically disadvantaged families and to guarantee the right of children to an adequate standard of living particularly with regard to health, nutrition, education and housing;
(ب) أن تعزز جهودها لتوفير المساعدة المادية والدعم للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً ولضمان حق الأطفال في التمتع بمستوى معيشة لائق، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالصحة والتغذية والتعليم والمسكن؛

565. In accordance with article 27 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue to implement, as a matter of high priority, its national plan and programmes for poverty reduction, paying particular attention to economically disadvantaged families in need of support and material assistance, and to guarantee the rights of the child to an adequate standard of living.
565- وعملاً بالمادة 27 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف على سبيل الأولوية تنفيذ خطتها الوطنية وبرامجها الرامية إلى الحدّ من الفقر، مع إيلاء الاهتمام بصفة خاصة للأسر المحرومة اقتصادياً والتي تحتاج إلى الدعم والمساعدة المادية، وبأن تعمل على ضمان حقوق الطفل في الحصول على مستوى معيشي لائق.
