Welcoming the results of the Fourth Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V, held in Geneva on 22 and 23 November 2010,

11. The Fifth Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V may wish to take the following decisions:

The guide was adopted by the Fourth Conference of the High Contracting Parties, which recommended that it be implemented in the national systems of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V as a best practice;
وقد اعتُمد هذا الدليل في المؤتمر الرابع للدول الأطراف الذي أوصى بتنفيذه في النظم الوطنية للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس بوصفه أفضل ممارسة؛

Lastly, he urged participants in the Fifth Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V to provide Burundi with the cooperation and technical assistance required for the effective implementation of the Protocol.

6. The Conference acknowledges the cooperative approach of High Contracting Parties to Protocol V and that this has been facilitated through the decision of the First Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V in 2007 to establish a mechanism for consultation and cooperation consisting of informal meetings of experts chaired by coordinators of which there have been four meetings.
6- ويقدر المؤتمر النهج التعاوني الذي أخذت به الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس وأن ذلك تيسَّر بفضل المقرر الذي اتخذه المؤتمر الاستعراضي الأول للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس في 2007 والقاضي بإنشاء آلية للتشاور والتعاون تتكون من اجتماعات غير رسمية للخبراء برئاسة منسقين عُقد منها أربعة اجتماعات.

8. The Sixteenth Annual Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II was convened at the Palais des Nations in Geneva on 12 November 2014.
٨- عُقد المؤتمر السنوي السادس عشر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس المتعلق بالمتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في قصر الأمم بجنيف، يوم 12 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2012.
