14. The Working Group has undertaken to conduct a survey of national regulatory frameworks relevant to private military and security companies.
14 - وتعهد الفريق العامل بإجراء دراسة استقصائية للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة.

The Subcommittee also noted that the information was considered valuable; that it allowed all States, in particular developing States, to gain an understanding of existing national regulatory frameworks; and that it could assist States in their efforts to establish their own national regulatory frameworks in accordance with their specific needs and level of development.
ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أيضاً أن تلك المعلومات تعتبر عظيمة الفائدة؛ وأنها تتيح لجميع الدول، وخصوصا الدول النامية، أن تكتسب فهماً للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية الموجودة؛ وأنها يمكن أن تساعد الدول في جهودها الرامية إلى إنشاء أطرها التنظيمية الوطنية تبعاً لاحتياجاتها الخاصة ودرجة تطوّرها.

The Working Group also agreed that the Secretariat, in consultation with the Chair, should prepare, for consideration by the Working Group at its next meeting, a paper providing a schematic overview of existing national regulatory frameworks, based on information received from Member States.
واتفق الفريق العامل أيضا على أن تعدّ الأمانة، بالتشاور مع الرئيسة، ورقة لكي ينظر فيها في دورته القادمة توفّر استعراضاً بيانيا للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية القائمة بناء على المعلومات الواردة من الدول الأعضاء.

It also agreed to complete the schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities using information provided by Member States during the 2010-2011 intersessional period.
واتفق أيضا على إتمام الاستعراض البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية، وذلك باستخدام المعلومات المتلقّاة من الدول الأعضاء خلال الفترة الفاصلة بين الدورات 2010-2011.

In that regard, the Subcommittee encouraged Member States to continue to submit to the Secretariat texts of their national space laws and regulations and to provide updates and inputs for the schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities.
وفي هذا الصدد، شجَّعت اللجنةُ الفرعيةُ الدولَ الأعضاء على مواصلة تزويد الأمانة بنصوص قوانينها ولوائحها التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالفضاء، وكذلك توفير تحديثات ومدخلات لإدراجها في الملخَّص البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالأنشطة الفضائية.

The Subcommittee commended the Secretariat for its continuous work on the update of the schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities, as well as the update of its web-based database of national space legislation.
99- وأثنت اللجنة الفرعية على الأمانة لمواظبتها على العمل على تحديث الملخَّص البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالأنشطة الفضائية وقاعدة بيانات التشريعات الفضائية الوطنية على الإنترنت.

In that connection, the Subcommittee requested the Secretariat to provide it, at its fifty-third session, in 2014, with an updated schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities, including an electronic version for uploading to the above-mentioned web page.
وفي هذا الصدد، طلبت اللجنة الفرعية إلى الأمانة أن تقدِّم إليها في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، عام 2014، ملخَّصاً بيانياً محدَّثاً للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالأنشطة الفضائية، بما في ذلك صيغة إلكترونية له من أجل تحميلها في الصفحة الشبكية المذكورة آنفاً.

The Working Group also agreed that the Secretariat, in consultation with the Chairperson, should prepare, for consideration by the Working Group at its next session, a paper providing a schematic overview of existing national regulatory frameworks based on information received from Member States.
19- واتفق الفريق العامل أيضا على أن تعد الأمانة، بالتشاور مع الرئيس، ورقة لكي ينظر فيها الفريق العامل في دورته القادمة توفّر رؤية تخطيطية عامة للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية القائمة بناء على المعلومات الواردة من الدول الأعضاء.

The Working Group reviewed the schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.8 and Add.1) and noted with satisfaction that the schematic overview had already served as an important source of information on how States regulated their national space activities.
5- واستعرض الفريق العامل الملخَّص البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.8 وAdd.1)، ولاحظ بارتياح أنَّه استُخدم بالفعل كمصدر هام للمعلومات المتعلقة بكيفية تنظيم الدول لأنشطتها الفضائية الوطنية.

The Working Group also had before it a revised schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities prepared on the basis of updates provided by Member States and with an introductory summary of national regulatory frameworks (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.8 and Add.1).
وعُرضت على الفريق العامل أيضا صيغة منقّحة من الاستعراض البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية أُعدّت بالاستناد إلى المعلومات المحدّثة المتلقّاة من الدول الأعضاء مع موجز استهلالي للأطر التشريعية الوطنية (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.8 وAdd.1).

In 2011, the Working Group conducted a detailed review of the updated schematic overview of national regulatory frameworks for space activities (A/AC.105/C.2/2011/CRP.9) and the draft report (A/AC.105/C.2/2011/CRP.4) by assessing the structure and validity of the overview of national space legislation, conducting a thorough analysis of the draft set of conclusions and determining the process of finalizing the report of the Working Group.
5- وفي عام 2011، أجرى الفريق العامل استعراضاً مفصّلاً لصيغة محدّثة من الاستعراض البياني للأطر التنظيمية الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية (الوثيقة A/AC.105/C.2/2011/CRP.9) ومشروع التقرير (A/AC.105/C.2/2011/CRP.4) وذلك من خلال تقييم بنية وصلاحية الاستعراض البياني للتشريعات الوطنية المتعلقة بالفضاء، وإجراء تحليل دقيق لمشروع مجموعة الاستنتاجات وتحديد أبعاد عملية وضع الصيغة النهائية لتقرير الفريق العامل.
