كما شددت البلدان المضيفة للأطفال المهاجرين على ضرورة قيام بلدان المنشأ بوضع حد لمأساة إرسال الآباء أطفالهم إلى الخارج بمفردهم، حيث قد يحرمون من حقهم في العيش والنماء داخل أسرة حتى وإن حصلوا على مساعدات في مجالي التعليم والإدماج.

In this regard, it is seriously concerned about the reports of official harassment and forced closure of privately run schools for migrant children in areas where they have little or no access to the State school system.
وفي هذا الصدد، تشعر اللجنة بقلق إزاء تقارير عن المضايقات الرسمية والإغلاق القسري لمدارس تديرها جهات خاصة للأطفال المهاجرين في مناطق يتعذّر فيها، أو ينعدم، وصول هؤلاء الأطفال إلى نظام المدارس الحكومية.

28. The Committee notes with concern the absence of measures for assisting migrant children in the State party who are unaccompanied or who have been separated from their parents.
28- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بقلق بافتقار الدولة الطرف إلى تدابير تهدف إلى تقديم الرعاية للأطفال المهاجرين غير المصحوبين بمرافق أو المنفصلين عن ذويهم الموجودين في إقليم الدولة الطرف.
