United Nations bodies have also repeatedly reaffirmed the applicability of human rights law in the OPT, including the Security Council (resolution 237 (1967)), Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the situation of human rights in the OPT, John Dugard (see E/CN.4/2002/32) the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other treaty bodies.
25- كما أعادت الهيئات التابعة للأمم لمتحدة في مرات عديدة تأكيد إمكانية تطبيق قانون حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما في ذلك (القرار 237(1967)) وأكد ذلك السيد جون دوغارد المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة (انظر E/CN.4/2002/32) ولجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها من الهيئات التعاقدية.
