With regard to cluster I, the Advisory Committee noted that the estimated resources proposed for 2013 reflected an increase of some $4 million over the appropriation for 2012, owing primarily to the inclusion of the provision for the Office of the Special Adviser to the Secretary-General on Yemen, the initial requirements of which had been funded through the unforeseen and extraordinary expenditures mechanism available to the Secretary-General.
أما فيما يتعلق بالمجموعة الأولى، فقد لاحظت اللجنة الاستشارية أن الموارد المقترحة لعام 2013 تعكس زيادة قدرها نحو 4 ملايين دولار مقارنة بالاعتماد المرصود لعام 2012، ويُعزى ذلك أساساً إلى إدراج الاعتماد المخصص لمكتب المستشار الخاص للأمين العام بشأن اليمن الذي مُوّلت احتياجاته الأوّلية من آلية النفقات غير المنظورة والاستثنائية المتاحة إلى الأمين العام.
