14. The manner in which Member States approach the implementation of the outcome of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development and the design of the United Nations development agenda beyond 2015 will set the future direction of operational activities for development.

75. In 2011, in response to resolution 64/289 on system-wide coherence, the Secretary-General commissioned a comprehensive review of the existing institutional framework for independent system-wide evaluation of operational activities for development.
75 -وفي عام 2011، واستجابةً للقرار 64/289 بشأن الاتساق على نطاق المنظومة، صدر عن الأمين العام تكليف بإجراء مراجعة شاملة للإطار المؤسسي القائم للتقييم المستقل على نطاق المنظومة للأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية().

8. Also notes that coordination activities, though beneficial, represent transaction costs that are borne by both recipient countries and the organizations of the United Nations system, and emphasizes the need for their continuous evaluation, and for an analysis and assessment of costs as compared with the total programme expenditures of operational activities for development, in order to ensure maximum efficiency and feasibility;
8 - يلاحظ أيضا أن أنشطة التنسيق تنطوي، رغم فائدتها، على تكاليف تتكبدها البلدان المستفيدة ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة على حد سواء في سبيل إنجاز العملية ويؤكد ضرورة تقييم تلك الأنشطة بشكل متواصل وإجراء تحليل وتقييم للتكاليف مقارنة بمجموع النفقات البرنامجية للأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية بغية كفالة أقصى قدر من الفعالية والجدوى؛

10. Requests the United Nations system, in line with paragraphs 45 and 46 of resolution 62/208, to undertake concrete efforts, in consultation with Member States, to support capacity-building for development, the promotion and transfer of new and emerging technologies to programme countries, and the facilitation of access of developing countries to new and emerging technologies in support of operational activities for development;
10 -يطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة القيام، بما يتماشى والفقرتين 45 و 46 من القرار 62/208، ببذل جهود ملموسة، بالتشاور مع الدول الأعضاء، لدعم بناء القدرات من أجل التنمية وتشجيع ونقل التكنولوجيات الجديدة والناشئة إلى البلدان المستفيدة من البرامج وتيسير حصول البلدان النامية على التكنولوجيات الجديدة والناشئة دعما للأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية؛

The Committee recommended that the General Assembly request the Secretary-General, in his capacity as Chair of CEB, to promote among the funds and programmes, as well as specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system, the continuation of mainstreaming support for South-South cooperation into the regular country-level programming of operational activities for development.
525 - وأوصت اللجنة بأن تطلب الجمعيةُ العامة إلى الأمين العام، بصفته رئيسا لمجلس الرؤساء التنفيذيين، أن يشجِّع على مواصلة إدماج الدعم المقدم للتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب ضمن البرمجة العادية على الصعيد القطري للأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية، على مستوى الصناديق والبرامج، والوكالات المتخصصة وسائر كيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة.

23.4 General Assembly resolution 67/226 on the quadrennial comprehensive policy review of operational activities for development has affirmed the programme's key orientations, such as South-South cooperation, the promotion and transfer of new and emerging technologies, the use of national expertise, and supporting knowledge-sharing, including in the compilation of best practices and successful development experiences.
23-4 وأكد قرار الجمعية العامة 67/226 عن الاستعراض الشامل الذي يجري كل أربع سنوات للأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية، التوجهات الرئيسية للبرنامج، من قبيل التعاون بين بلدان الجنوب، وتعزيز التكنولوجيات الجديدة والمستجدة ونقلها، والاستعانة بالخبرات الوطنية، ودعم تبادل المعارف، في مجالات من بينها تجميع أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الناجحة في مجال التنمية.
