2- في حال إصدار سجل نقل إلكتروني قابل للتداول، يجوز لحائزه أن يحيل الحقوق التي يتضمنها، سواء أُصدر لأمر حامله أو لأمر شخص مسمّى، بإحالة ذلك السجل وفقا للإجراءات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 9.

(b) The person to which a negotiable electronic transport record has been issued or transferred in accordance with the procedures referred to in article 9, paragraph 1.

2. (c) In order to exercise the right of control, the holder shall demonstrate, in accordance with the procedures referred to in article 9, paragraph 1, that it is the holder.
