Subject to the provisions of paragraph below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to use CERs, issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, to contribute to compliance with part of its commitment under Article 3, paragraph 1, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:
31- رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 32 أدناه، يجوز لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول وملتزم بأحد الالتزامات المدرجة في المرفق باء، أن يستخدم وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة التي صدرت وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماته المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 3، إذا امتثل الاشتراطات التالية للأهلية:

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 32 below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to use CERs, issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, to contribute to compliance with part of its commitment under Article 3, paragraph 1, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:
31- رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 32 أدناه، يجوز لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول وملتزم بأحد الالتزامات المدرجة في المرفق باء، أن يستخدم وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة التي صدرت وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماته المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 3، إذا امتثل لاشتراطات الأهلية التالية:

(e) Parties with a [target] established in accordance with Article Y may use [units] accruing from such activities to contribute to compliance with part of their [target] established in accordance with Article Y.
(ﻫ) يجوز للأطراف التي لها [هدف] محدد وفقاً للمادة Y أن تستخدم [وحدات] مستحقة من هذه الأنشطة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من [هدفها] المحدد وفقاً للمادة Y.

(d) Parties included in Annex I may use the [units] accruing from such activities to contribute to compliance with part of their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3, as determined by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol; and
(د) يجوز للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول أن تستخدم [الوحدات] المستحقة من هذه الأنشطة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماتها الكمية بتحديد الانبعاثات وخفضها وفقاً للمادة 3، على نحو ما يقرره مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول؛ و

(b) Parties included in Annex I may use the certified emission reductions accruing from such project activities to contribute to compliance with part of their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3, as determined by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol.
(ب) للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول أن تستخدم الانبعاثات المعتمدة المتأتية من أنشطة المشاريع هذه للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماتها بتحديد وخفض الانبعاثات كميا وفقاً للمادة 3، على نحو ما يقرره مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول.

(d) Parties included in Annex I may use the [units] accruing from such activities to contribute to compliance with part of their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3, as determined by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol.
(د) للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول أن تستخدم [الوحدات] المتجمعة من هذه الأنشطة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماتها بتحديد وخفض الانبعاثات كمياً وفقاً للمادة 3، على نحو ما يقرره مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول.

(c) Parties not included in Annex I, which have elected to make a commitment inscribed in Annex BI may use the certified emission reductions accruing from such project activities to contribute to compliance with part of their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3, as determined by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol.

Article 12.3(c).
