3. Calls upon the General Assembly, within the framework of future budget provisions, to supplement efforts made by the Economic Commission for Africa and member States in order to increase the human and financial resources of the Multinational Programming and Operational Centres.
٣ - يطلب إلى الجمعية العامة أن تقوم، في إطار مخصصات الميزانية المقبلة، بتكملة الجهود التي تبذلها اللجنة الاقتصادية لافريقيا والدول اﻷعضاء من أجل زيادة الموارد البشرية والمالية للمراكز المتعددة الجنسيات للبرمجة والتنفيذ.

South-South cooperation therefore needs to be turned into a modality for regular, day-to-day programming and implementation when it comes to operational activities for development of the United Nations system.
