4.5 As to the admissibility of the communication, the State party submits that it is not aware of the same matter having been presented to another international body of international investigation or settlement.
٤-٥ أما فيما يخص مقبولية البلاغ، فإن الدولة الطرف تذهب إلى أنها ليست على علم بأن نفس المسألة أحيلت إلى هيئة دولية أخرى للتحقيق الدولي أو التسوية الدولية.
