The States Parties to this Treaty hereby establish the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty Organization (hereinafter referred to as " the Organization " ) to achieve the object and purpose of this Treaty, to ensure the implementation of its provisions, including those for international verification of compliance with it, and to provide a forum for consultation and cooperation among States Parties.
١ - تقوم الدول اﻷطراف في هذه المعاهدة بموجب هذا بإنشاء منظمة معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، )المشار اليها فيما يلي بتعبير " المنظمة " ( لتحقيق موضوع وغرض هذه المعاهدة، وضمان تنفيذ أحكامها، بما في ذلك اﻷحكام المتعلقة بالتحقق الدولي من الامتثال لها، وتوفير محفل للتشاور والتعاون فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف.

1. The States Parties to this Convention hereby establish the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (hereinafter " the Agency " ) to achieve the object and purpose of this Convention, to ensure the implementation of its provisions, including those for international verification of compliance with it, and to provide a forum for consultation and cooperation among States Parties.
المادة الثامنة - الوكالة 1 - تنشئ الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بموجب هــذا وكالــة حظر الأسلحة النووية (التي يشار إليها فيما بعد باسم " الوكالة " ) من أجل تحقيق موضوع هذه الاتفاقية والغــرض منهــا، وتأمين تنفيذ أحكامها، بما في ذلك الأحكام المتعلقة بالتحقق الدولي من الامتثال لها، وتوفير محفل للتشاور والتعاون فيما بين الدول الأطراف.
