Having also just adopted the recommendation in paragraph 20 on waiving the requirements of rule 67 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly to declare a meeting open, I should like to endorse the practical suggestion that has been made at previous sessions: that each delegation designate someone to be present in the meeting rooms at the scheduled time.
بعد أن اعتمدنا أيضا قبل هنيهة التوصية الواردة في الفقرة 20 بشأن تجاوز لتطبيق متطلبات المادة 67 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة لإعلان افتتاح جلسة ما، أود أن أؤيد الاقتراح العملي الذي قدم في الدورات السابقة: أن يقوم كل وفد بتكليف أحد أعضائه بالحضور في القاعة المقرر عقد الجلسة فيها في الموعد المحدد.
