85. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA should ensure that their bidding and selection procedures are open to scrutiny by civil society.
85- وينبغي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية وللاتحاد أن يكفلا أن تكون إجراءات طرح وترسية العطاءات قابلة للتدقيق من جانب المجتمع المدني.

89. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA should include reference to housing standards in their main normative instruments such as their charter, statutes, codes of ethics, or rules of conduct.
89- وينبغي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية وللاتحاد أن يُدرجا إشارة إلى معايير السكن في الصكوك المعيارية الرئيسية مثل الميثاق أو الأنظمة الداخلية أو مدونة الأخلاقيات أو قواعد السلوك.

It should also be noted that a women has been appointed as President of the Djiboutian National Olympic Committee.

84- وعند اختيار المدينة أو الرابطة المضيفة وإبرام اتفاق معها، ينبغي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية والاتحاد أن يُدرجا أحكاماً تتعلق بالسكن في اتفاقات الاستضافة.

86. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA should evaluate whether the actions of third parties envisaged in the projects of candidate cities are adequately regulated and do not allow deviations from housing standards.
86- وينبغي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية وللاتحاد أن يقيِّما ما إذا كانت أعمال الأطراف الثالثة المتوخاة في مشاريع المدن المضيفة منظمة على النحو الوافي ولا تسمح بالخروج عن معايير السكن.

90. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA should ensure that the institutional and legal frameworks for the bidding and selection processes address the right to adequate housing.
90- وينبغي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية وللاتحاد أن يكفلا تضمين الأُطر المؤسسية والقانونية لعمليات طرح وترسية العطاءات، الحق في السكن اللائق.
