وقد استعرض الجهود التي بذلتها الدول الأعضاء بغية إجراء تعدادات السكان والمساكن كجزء من البرنامج العالمي لتعدادات السكان والمساكن لعام 2000، وأنشطة الأمم المتحدة ووكالات التمويل دعما للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد،

Noting with satisfaction the efforts made by Member States to carry out population and housing censuses as part of the 2010 World Population and Housing Census Programme and the activities of the United Nations and other agencies in support of national efforts in that regard,
وإذ يلاحظ مع الارتياح الجهود التي بذلتها الدول الأعضاء بغية إجراء تعدادات السكان والمساكن في إطار البرنامج العالمي لتعدادات السكان والمساكن لعام 2010 والأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها الأمم المتحدة والوكالات الأخرى دعما للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد،

" 13. Calls upon the relevant organizations and bodies of the United Nations system to further recognize and integrate entrepreneurship in its various forms into their policies, programmes and reports and to support national efforts in that regard, as appropriate;
" 13 - تطلب إلى المنظمات والهيئات ذات الصلة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة مواصلة الإقرار بأهمية مباشرة الأعمال الحرة وإدماجها، بمختلف أشكالها، في سياساتها وبرامجها وتقاريرها وتوفير الدعم للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد، حسب الاقتضاء؛

It further encouraged countries to consider establishing or strengthening national centres of excellence in entrepreneurship, and called upon the United Nations system to recognize entrepreneurship and integrate its various forms into their policies, programmes and reports and to support national efforts in that regard, as appropriate.
وشجّعت كذلك البلدان على النظر في إنشاء مراكز امتياز وطنية في مجال مباشرة الأعمال الحرة أو في تدعيم تلك المراكز، وأهابت بمنظومة الأمم المتحدة الإقرار بأهمية مباشرة الأعمال الحرة وإدماجها، بمختلف أشكالها، في سياساتها وبرامجها وتقاريرها وتوفير الدعم للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد، حسب الاقتضاء.

16. Urges Member States to encourage women entrepreneurs, including through education and training of women in business, administration and information and communications technologies, and invites business associations to assist national efforts in this regard;
16 - تحث الدول الأعضاء على تشجيع المشتغلات بالأعمال الحرة، بوسائل منها إتاحة التعليم والتدريب للمرأة في الأعمال التجارية والإدارة وتكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات، وتدعو رابطات الأعمال التجارية إلى تقديم المساعدة للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد؛

26 - تحث الدول الأعضاء على تشجيع المشتغلات بالأعمال الحرة، بوسائل منها إتاحة التعليم والتدريب المهني وتدريب المرأة على الأعمال التجارية والإدارة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وتدعو رابطات الأعمال التجارية إلى تقديم المساعدة للجهود الوطنية المبذولة في هذا الصدد؛
