The Advisory Committee recalls that, by its resolution 64/269, the General Assembly decided, within the framework of the global field support strategy, to establish a regional service Centre at Entebbe, for the purpose of consolidating administrative and support functions from geographically grouped field missions into a stand-alone regional centre.
