وقد أجرت المجموعة الإنمائية استعراضا للدورة السابقة لإطار عمل الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية (2006-2009) خلصت من خلاله إلى أن الأفرقة القطرية التي تحدد ما تتوخاه من نتائج متعلقة بالمساواة بين الجنسين هي الأفرقة التي تحصل عموما على أعلى درجة فيما يتعلق باحتمال تحقيق نتائج في الأولويات الوطنية المتصلة بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة.
