If an admissibility ruling is pending, the requested State may postpone the execution of the request for surrender of the person until the Court makes a determination on admissibility.

(a) the requested State may deny a request for surrender if:

Requests for cooperation [and supporting documents] shall be [either] in [an official language of the requested State [unless otherwise agreed]] [or in] [one of the working languages reflected in article 51, in accordance with the choice made by that State upon ratification, accession or approval].
تقدم طلبات التعاون ]والمستندات الداعمة[ ]إما[ ﺑ ]إحدى اللغات الرسمية للدولة الموجه إليها الطلب ]ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك[[ ]أو ﺑ[ ]إحدى لغتي العمل المشار إليهما في المادة ٥١، حسبما تختاره تلك الدولة عند التصديق أو الانضمام أو الموافقة[.

(b) the requested State may, when necessary, transmit documents or information to the Prosecutor on a confidential basis.

When the Court has requested a waiver of the requirements of article 101, paragraph 1, the requested State may ask the Court to obtain and provide the views of the person surrendered to the Court.
