In my capacity as the Representative of the current Chairman of the African Union, I have the honour to transmit herewith the communiqué issued by the Ninety-Fourth Ordinary Session of the Central Organ of the Mechanism for Conflict Prevention, Management and Resolution at the Ambassadorial Level, held in Addis Ababa on 29 August 2003, containing decisions on the following:

In my capacity as representative of the current Chairman of the African Union, I have the honour to forward herewith the communiqué on Côte d'Ivoire issued by the 40th meeting of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union at the level of Heads of State and Government, held in Addis Ababa on 6 October 2005.

In my capacity as representative of the current Chairman of the African Union, I have the honour to transmit herewith a communiqué concerning the situation in Guinea-Bissau, adopted by the 31st meeting of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union, held in Addis Ababa on 8 June 2005 (see annex).

There will be informal consultations on a draft resolution entitled " Assistance to survivors of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda particularly orphans, widows and victims of sexual violence " (under agenda item 39 (b)), organized by the Permanent Mission of Nigeria, representative of the current Chairman of the African Union, on Friday, 5 November 2004 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Conference Room E.
تعقد مشاورات غير رسمية بشأن مشروع قرار معنون " تقديم المساعدة للناجين من أعمال الإبادة الجماعية في رواندا عام 1994 ولا سيما اليتامى والأرامل وضحايا العنف الجنسي " (في إطار البند 39 (ب) من جدول الأعمال) تنظمها البعثة الدائمة لنيجيريا، ممثلة للرئيس الحالي للاتحاد الأفريقي)، يوم الجمعة، 5 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004، من الساعة 00/11 إلى الساعة 00/13 في غرفة الاجتماعات E.

In my capacity as the Representative of the current Chairman of the African Union, I have the honour to forward herewith, in English and French, a communiqué on the renewal of the mandate of the African Union Mission in Sudan (AMIS), issued by the Peace and Security Council of the African Union at its 42nd meeting, held in Addis Ababa on 20 October 2005 (see annex I).
