5. Strongly condemns all incidences of enforced disappearance by the Syrian regime, of both Syrian and non-Syrian nationals, calls upon the Syrian regime to investigate all such cases, and also condemns all incidences of abduction committed by armed groups;
5- يدين بشدة جميع حالات الاختفاء القسري للسوريين وغير السوريين على يد النظام السوري، ويهيب بالنظام السوري أن يحقق في جميع تلك الحالات، ويدينُ أيضاً جميع حوادث الاختطاف التي ترتكبها الجماعات المسلحة؛

The Committee was informed that equality before the law was non-existent in the occupied Syrian Golan and that there were no legal safeguards for Syrians.
وذكر للجنة أن مسألة المساواة أمام القانون لا وجود لها في الجولان السوري المحتل، وأنه لا توجد ضمانات قانونية للسوريين.

٢٤٢ - غير أن من التطورات اﻹيجابية التي حصلت أخيرا إصدار السلطات اﻹسرائيلية لتصاريح سفر إلى اﻷردن لمدة خمسة أيام، بحيث يمكن للسوريين من الجولان المحتل أن يلتقوا بأسرهم وأقربائهم الذين يعيشون في سوريا.

The health sector in Syria, its humanitarian character notwithstanding, is one of the main sectors in which heavy losses have been sustained from the terrorist acts to which the country is being subjected. It is one of the sectors to be most strongly underpinned by the State, with the aim of providing the Syrian people and other residents in the country with the highest standard of health service free of charge or at nominal cost.
كان قطاع الصحة في سوريا من القطاعات الأساسية التي تكبدت خسائر كبيرة نتيجة للأعمال الإرهابية التي تتعرض لها البلاد، على الرغم من الطابع الإنساني له، كما أنه أحد القطاعات التي تدعمها الدولة بشكل كبير سعيا لتوفير أعلى مستويات الخدمات الطبية للسوريين وللمقيمين على الأراضي السورية بشكل مجاني أو بنفقات رمزية.
