A Party included in Annex I may acquire ERUs under Article 6:

Option 3 (i): Net acquisitions by a Party included in Annex I for all three mechanisms pursuant to Articles 6, 12 and 17 together must not exceed the higher of the following alternatives:
الخيار 3`1`: ينبغي ألا يتجاوز الاحتياز الصافي للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول فيما يتعلق بالآليات الثلاث معاً المنشأة بموجب المواد 6 و12 و17 أعلى البدائل التالية:

Option 3 (i): Net transfers by a Party included in Annex I for all three mechanisms pursuant to Articles 6, 12 and 17 together must not exceed:

A Party included in Annex I may use tCERs towards meeting its commitment for the commitment period for which they were issued. tCERs may not be carried over to a subsequent commitment period.

The Party included in Annex I shall be provided with four weeks to comment on the draft individual inventory review report and, where appropriate, on whether it accepts or rejects the adjustment.
76- تتاح للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول أربعة أسابيع للتعليق على مشروع تقرير استعراض الجرد الفردي، والتعليق، حسب الاقتضاء، على ما إذا كان الطرف يقبل التعديل أم لا.

Any recommendations by the review team for further improvement of the national system of the Party included in Annex I.
(ج) أية توصيات يضعها فريق الاستعراض لزيادة تحسين النظام الوطني للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول.

The process of the in-country review shall follow the timetable for the review of the national communication of the Party included in Annex I defined in part VII of these guidelines.
129- تسير عملية الاستعراض القطري الداخلي وفق الجدول الزمني لاستعراض البلاغ الوطني للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول، المحدد في الجزء السابع من هذه المبادئ التوجيهية.

A Party included in Annex I may use CERs to contribute to compliance with part of its quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3 if it:

155- الخيار 1: يجوز للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول أن يأذن لكيانات قانونية بالمشاركة في الاتجار في الانبعاثات تحت مسؤوليته إذا كان هذا الطرف:

Decides that the calculation of adjustments shall commence only after a Party included in Annex I has been provided with opportunities to correct any deficiencies in accordance with the time frame and procedures set forth in the guidelines for inventory review under Article 8;
4- يقرر ألا يبدأ حساب التعديلات إلا بعد إتاحة الفرصة للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول لتصحيح أية أوجه نقص وفقاً للإطار الزمني والإجراءات المحددة في المبادئ التوجيهية لاستعراض قوائم الجرد عملاً بالمادة 8؛
