وبناء على ذلك، أود إبلاغكم بأنني أعدت تعيين الأشخاص التالية أسماؤهم للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء لفترة تنتهي في 20 حزيران/يونيه 2007.

Accordingly, I wish to inform you that I have re-appointed the following persons to serve on the Panel of Experts for a period ending 21 December 2006:
وبناء عليه، أود إبلاغكم أني أعدت تعيين الأشخاص التالية أسماؤهم للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء لفترة تنتهي في 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006:

Mr. Thomas F. H. Mazet (Germany), to serve on the Panel of Experts and carry out tasks as specified in paragraph 29 of the resolution.
هـ. مازيت (ألمانيا) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء والقيام بالمهام المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 29 من القرار.

This is to inform you that Ms. Lipika Majumdar Roy Choudhury (India, finance), whom I appointed on 20 April 2012 to serve on the Panel of Experts on the Sudan, resigned effective 20 October 2012.
أود إبلاغكم بأن السيدة ليبيكا ماجومدار روي شودهوري (الهند، خبيرة في الشؤون المالية) التي عينتها في 20 نيسان/أبريل 2012 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المعني بالسودان، استقالت اعتبارا من 20 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2012.

In consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) concerning the Sudan, I have therefore appointed Mr. Ghassan Schbley (United States of America, finance) to serve on the Panel of Experts.
وبناء عليه قمت، بالتشاور مع لجنة مجلس الأمن المنشأة عملا بالقرار 1591 (2005) بشأن السودان، بتعيين السيد غسان شبلي (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، خبير في الشؤون المالية) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء.

This is to inform you that Mr. Young-wan Song of the Republic of Korea, whom I appointed on 8 July 2010 to serve on the Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1874 (2009), has withdrawn from the Panel of Experts.
أود إبلاغكم بأن السيد يونغ وان سونغ من جمهورية كوريا، الذي عينته في 8 تموز/ يوليه 2010 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المنشأ عملاً بقرار مجلس 1874 (2009) قد انسحب من الفريق.

This is to inform you that Mr. Christof Wegner (Germany), whom I appointed on 5 November 2010 to serve on the Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1929 (2010), was not able to join the Panel.
أود إبلاغكم بأن السيد كريستوف فيغنر (ألمانيا) الذي عينته في 5 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2010 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المنشأ عملاً بقرار مجلس الأمن 1929 (2010) لم يتمكن من الانضمام إلى الفريق.

Therefore, I wish to inform you that, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005), I have appointed Mr. Mohamed Moufid, Morocco (aviation) to serve on the Panel of Experts.
وبناء عليه، أود إبلاغكم بأنني عيّنت، بالتشاور مع اللجنة المنشأة عملا بقرار مجلس الأمن 1591 (2005)، السيد محمد مفيد، المغرب، (الطيران) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء.

Therefore, I wish to inform you that, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005), I have appointed Ms. Rania El Rajji, Lebanon (international humanitarian law) to serve on the Panel of Experts.
وبناء عليه، أود إبلاغكم بأنني عيّنت، بالتشاور مع اللجنة المنشأة عملا بقرار مجلس الأمن 1591 (2005)، السيدة رانيا الرجي، لبنان، (القانون الإنساني الدولي) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء.

Moreover, following the expiration on 19 October 2011 of the contract of Mr. Rajiva Sinha (India, finance expert) in consultation with the Committee, I have appointed Mr. Debi Prasad Dash (India, finance expert) to serve on the Panel of Experts.
وعلاوة على ذلك، وإثر انتهاء عقد السيد راجيفا سينها (الهند، خبير مالي) في 19 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2011، عيّنتُ، بالتشاور مع اللجنة، السيد ديبي براساد داش (الهند، خبير مالي) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء.

This is to inform you that Mr. Kenichiro Matsubayashi (Japan), whom I appointed on 26 June 2013 to serve on the Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1929 (2010) as the expert on marine transport and immigration issues, has withdrawn from the Panel.
أود إبلاغكم أن السيد كينيشيرو ماتسوباياشي (اليابان) الذي عينته في 26 حزيران/يونيه 2013 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المنشأ عملاً بقرار مجلس الأمن 1929 (2010) بصفته خبيرا في النقل البحري ومسائل الهجرة، قد انسحب من الفريق.

Accordingly, I wish to inform you that, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), I have appointed Mr. Kazuto Suzuki (Japan) to serve on the Panel of Experts as the expert on international security and export control and to carry out the tasks specified in paragraph 29 of resolution 1929 (2010).
وتبعا لذلك، أود إبلاغكم أنني، بعد التشاور مع لجنة مجلس الأمن المنشأة عملاً بالقرار 1737 (2006)، عيّنت السيد كازوتو سوزوكي (اليابان) للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء بصفته الخبير في شؤون الأمن الدولي ومراقبة الصادرات، وللقيام بالمهام المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 29 من القرار 1929 (2010).

Accordingly, I wish to inform you that, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006), I have appointed Mr. John Everard of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to serve on the Panel of Experts and carry out tasks as specified in paragraph 26 of the resolution.
وبناءً عليه، وبعد التشاور مع لجنة مجلس الأمن المنشأة عملاً بالقرار 1718 (2006)، أود إبلاغكم بأنني عيّنت السيد جون إيفرارد من المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء والقيام بالمهام المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 26 من القرار.

This is to inform you that Mr. George Lopez (United States of America, expert on finance), and Mr. Takehiko Yamamoto (Japan, expert on nuclear issues), whom I appointed on 27 June 2011 to serve on the Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1874 (2009), have withdrawn from the Panel.
أود إبلاغكم بأن السيد جورج لوبيز (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الخبير في الشؤون المالية) والسيد تاكيهيكو ياماموتو (اليابان، الخبير في القضايا النووية) اللذين عينتهما في 27 حزيران/يونيه 2010 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المنشأ عملاً بقرار مجلس الأمن 1874 (2009) قد انسحبا من الفريق.

This letter is to inform you that Mr. Michael Lewis, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (aviation), whom I appointed on 19 January 2011 to serve on the Panel of Experts on the Sudan, resigned effective 6 August 2011.
الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو إبلاغكم بأن السيد مايكل لويس، المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية (الطيران)، الذي عيّنته في 19 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011 للعمل ضمن فريق الخبراء المعني بالسودان، قد استقال من منصبه اعتبارا من 6 آب/أغسطس 2011.

This letter is to inform you that Mr. Hesham Nasr, Egypt (international humanitarian law), whom I appointed on 19 January 2011 to serve on the Panel of Experts on the Sudan, resigned effective 1 September 2011.

This is to inform you that Mr. David J. Birch (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, expert on proliferation of weapons of mass destruction), whom I appointed on 8 July 2010 to serve on the Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1874 (2009), has withdrawn from the Panel of Experts.
