(c) Claims for receivables owed by an Iraqi party are presumed to be a direct result of Iraq's invasion and occupation where the debt became due between 2 August 1990 and 2 August 1991. /
(ج) تعتبر مطالبات التعويض عن المبالغ المستحقة على طرف عراقي نتيجة مباشرة للغزو والاحتلال العراقيين إذا أصبح الدين مستحقا ما بين 2 آب/أغسطس 1990 و2 آب/أغسطس 1991(9).

(c) Claims for receivables owed by an Iraqi party are presumed to be a direct result of Iraq's invasion and occupation where the debt became due between 2 August 1990 and 2 August 1991.

The claimant's payment of such fees therefore cannot be said to be a direct result of Iraq's invasion and occupation, and are not compensable. /
