" To put an end to impunity and to ensure, as it is duty-bound to do, that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process and to carry out urgently a comprehensive reform of the judicial system; "
" وضع حد لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب وأداء واجبها الذي يحتم عليها كفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية، والتعجيل بإجراء إصلاح شامل للنظام القضائي؛

" (f) To put an end to impunity and to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process;
" (و) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية؛

(f) To put an end to impunity and to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process;
(و) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية؛

(f) To put an end to impunity and to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process;
(و) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وكفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية السليمة؛

" (د) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وأداء واجبها الذي يحتم عليها كفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية، والتعجيل بإجراء إصلاح شامل لنظام القضاء والسجون؛

(d) To put an end to impunity and to ensure, as it is duty-bound to do, that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with applicable international procedural standards, and to carry out urgently a comprehensive reform of the judicial and prison system;
(د) وضع حد للإفلات من العقاب وأداء واجبها الذي يحتم عليها كفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للمعايير الإجرائية الدولية السارية، والتعجيل بإجراء إصلاح شامل لنظام القضاء والسجون؛

(d) To put an end to impunity and to ensure, as it is duty-bound to do, that those responsible for human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law are brought to justice in accordance with due process and to carry out urgently a comprehensive reform of the judicial system;
(د) وضع حد لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب وأداء واجبها الذي يحتم عليها كفالة تقديم المسؤولين عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والمخالفات الجسيمة للقانون الإنساني الدولي إلى العدالة وفقا للأصول القانونية، والتعجيل بإجراء إصلاح شامل للنظام القضائي؛
