Maternity benefits for individual farmers are governed by the Act of 20 December 1990 concerning social insurance of farmers (uniform text — Dziennik Ustaw of 1993 No. 71, Text 342).

This was the main objective of the Act of 2 July 1994 on the renting of dwelling apartments and on housing benefits (Dziennik Ustaw No. 105, Text 509).

14. In accordance with the Act of 15 February 1993 establishing the Centre for Equal Opportunities and Action to Combat Racism (as amended by the acts of 25 February 2003 and 10 May 2007), the Centre is responsible for dealing with cases of discrimination, including discrimination on the grounds of disability.
14- وطبقاً للقانون المؤرخ 15 شباط/فبراير 1993 والمتعلق بإنشاء المركز المعني بتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص ومكافحة العنصرية [المعدل بالقانون المؤرخ 25 شباط/فبراير 2003 والقانون المؤرخ 10 أيار/مايو 2007] ينهض هذا المركز بمسؤولية تناول قضايا التمييز القائم على أساس الإعاقة مثلاً.

99. Protection of privacy in the processing of personal data is regulated in the Act of 8 December 1992. The Act makes no distinction between persons.

139. Efforts to tackle discrimination against persons with disabilities are governed by the Act of 10 May 2007 on combating certain forms of discrimination.
139- تخضع مكافحة ممارسات التمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من الناحية التشريعية للقانون المؤرخ 10 أيار/مايو 2007 والرامي إلى مكافحة أشكال معينة من التمييز().

The arms embargo has been put into effect by an administrative ban on the issuance of any licence for the export of arms to Haiti (in Belgium, the export of arms requires a licence, which must be issued in accordance with the Act of 5 August 1991 and the Royal Decree of 5 March 1991).

It should also be noted that the law of 17 January 2003 amending the law of 11 December 1998 on security clearances and classification exempts BFIPU from having the necessary security clearance to access such information, as was already the case for judicial authorities.
وتجدر الإشارة أيضا إلى أن القانون المؤرخ 17 كانون الثاني/يناير 2003، المعدل للقانون المؤرخ 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1998، والمتعلق بالتصنيف وبالتصاريح الأمنية، يعفي الخلية من التصريح الأمني اللازم للوصول إلى هذه المعلومات، على غرار الإعفاء الذي سبق منحه للهيئات القضائية.

The mechanisms described above are fully applicable in the context of combating the financing of terrorism, as BFIPU is the authority that is competent to receive reports of transactions suspected of being connected with the financing of terrorism from the institutions and individuals subject to the law of 11 January 1993.
وتسري الآليات الموصوفة أعلاه سريانا كاملا في إطار مكافحة تمويل الإرهاب، حيث تمثل الخلية السلطة المختصة لتلقي بلاغات العمليات المشتبه في تمويلها للإرهاب من جانب مؤسسات وأشخاص يخضعون للقانون المؤرخ 11 كانون الثاني/يناير 1993.

233. Under the law of 1 August 2001 concerning protection for workers who are pregnant, have recently given birth or are breastfeeding, a pregnant or nursing woman may not be required to work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. if, in the opinion of the competent occupational physician, her safety or health would be jeopardized.
233 - ووفقا للقانون المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2001 بشأن حماية العاملات الحوامل والواضعات والمرضعات، لا يجوز إلزام المرأة الحامل أو المرضعة بالعمل فيما بين الساعة 10 مساء والساعة 6 صباحا، وذلك إذا ما كان من رأي طبيب العمل المختص، إن هذا ضروري من وجهة نظر سلامة المرأة وصحتها.
