13. The Kinshasa plenary adopted a decision terminating the precautionary measures put in place by Ghana pursuant to the administrative decision of 2006, owing to the positive actions taken to reinforce internal controls and prevent the infiltration of illicit diamonds into its production.

38. The plenary accepted that, according to the administrative decision relating to the chairmanship of Process working bodies, all the current Chairs of working bodies would retain their positions.
38 - وأعرب الاجتماع العام عن قبوله أن يحتفظ جميع الرؤساء الحاليين للأجهزة العاملة بمناصبهم وفقا للقرار الإداري المتعلق برئاسة الأجهزة العاملة التابعة للعملية.

30. The plenary accepted the recommendation of the Committee on the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme Review to consider a decision to undertake another review of the Certification Scheme by 2017, as decided by the plenary and in accordance with the administrative decision adopted in October 2003 in Sun City, South Africa.
30 - وأعرب الاجتماع العام عن قبوله لتوصية اللجنة المعنية باستعراض نظام عملية كيمبرلي لإصدار الشهادات التي تدعو إلى النظر في اتخاذ قرار بإجراء استعراض آخر لذلك النظام بحلول عام 2017، على نحو ما قرره الاجتماع العام ووفقا للقرار الإداري المعتمد في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003 في صن سيتي، جنوب أفريقيا.

31. The Plenary instructed the Administrative Support Mechanism to monitor the Internet to enable participants to detect and stop the use of the Kimberley Process logo for commercial purposes in accordance with the administrative decision on protecting the Kimberley Process logo and the guidelines for its use.
٣١ - وأصدر الاجتماع العام تعليمات إلى آلية الدعم الإداري لرصد شبكة الإنترنت، من أجل تمكين المشاركين من كشف استخدام شعار عملية كيمبرلي لأغراض تجارية ووقف هذا الاستخدام، وذلك وفقا للقرار الإداري بشأن حماية شعار عملية كيمبرلي والمبادئ التوجيهية لاستخدامه.

16. Notes with appreciation the continued cooperation of the Kimberley Process with the United Nations on the issue of diamonds from Côte d'Ivoire, in accordance with the provisions of Security Council resolution 2101 (2013) of 25 April 2013 and in line with the administrative decision on sharing information with the United Nations;

(a) A staff member wishing to formally contest an administrative decision alleging non-compliance with his or her contract of employment or terms of appointment, including all pertinent regulations and rules pursuant to staff regulation 11.1 (a), shall, as a first step, submit to the Secretary-General in writing a request for a management evaluation of the administrative decision.
