213. Article 88 of the Constitution provides that basic education shall be compulsory and guaranteed by the State to be free of charge. Article 81 of the Rights of the Child Act also provides that the State shall guarantee that education is free of charge in accordance with the laws in force.
213- ونصت المادة 88 منه على أن التعليم الأساسي إلزامي، تكفله الدولة مجاناً، كما نصت المادة 81 من قانون حقوق الطفل على أن " تكفل الدولة مجانية التعليم وفقا للقوانين النافذة " .

249. Under the terms and provisions of chapter V, article 81, of the Rights of the Child Act, the State is required to guarantee that education is free of charge, in accordance with the laws in force.
