The activities under the Programme of Assistance will be carried out in 2013 in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General submitted to the General Assembly during its sixty-sixth session (A/66/505, sect. III) and approved by the Assembly in resolution 66/97.

In 2015, the Codification Division plans to carry out the activities under the Programme of Assistance in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General submitted to the General Assembly for its sixty-eighth session (A/68/521, sect. III) and approved by the Assembly in resolution 68/110, provided it has the necessary resources (funding and staff).
35 - في عام 2015، تعتزم شعبة التدوين أن تضطلع بأنشطتها في اطار برنامج المساعدة وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية والتوصيات الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام المقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والستين (A/68/521 (Sect.III)) التي وافقت عليها الجمعية في قرارها 68/110، إذا توفرت لديها الموارد اللازمة لذلك (من حيث التمويل والموظفين)().
