The Committee requests the State party to ensure that the national machinery for the advancement of women has the necessary authority, decision-making power and human and financial resources to work effectively for the promotion of gender equality and the enjoyment of women's rights, and undertake effective coordination of initiatives across all government sectors.
24 - وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف كفالة أن تكون لدى الآلية الوطنية للنهوض بالمرأة السلطات اللازمة، والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار، والموارد المالية والبشرية التي تمكنها من العمل على نحو فعال من أجل تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين وتمتع المرأة بحقوقها، وأن تضطلع بالتنسيق الفعال للمبادرات المتخذة في جميع القطاعات الحكومية.

The Committee is concerned about the dearth of information regarding the practical implementation of the legislative and policy initiatives undertaken in the juvenile justice system, particularly with respect to:
ويساور اللجنة القلق إزاء ندرة المعلومات المتعلقة بالتنفيذ العملي للمبادرات المتخذة في نظام قضـاء الأحـداث على مستوى التشريع والسياسة العامة، لا سيما بالنسبة إلى ما يلي:

:: The Security Council has called for the development and strengthening of the capacities of national institutions and civil society networks, which are critical for ensuring local ownership and sustainability of initiatives for children affected by armed conflict.
