5. Calls for a significant increase in cooperation between the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Development Programme, in view of the special role of the latter body as a coordinator for development activities within the United Nations system, and to that effect recommends that:
٥ - يدعو الى زيادة كبيرة في التعاون بين برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي ، بالنظر الى الدور الخاص الذي يضطلع به البرنامج اﻷخير بوصفه منسقا لﻷنشطة الانمائية ضمن نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ، ومن أجل ذلك يوصي :

(i) The accounts of UNODC, which include the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, are maintained in accordance with the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations, the financial rules of UNODC and the United Nations system accounting standards.

(i) Commencing 2012, regular budget expenditure and its assessed allocation are included in the financial statements of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme and the consolidated financial statements.

15. The Advisory Committee notes that UNODC implements drug and crime programmes in an integrated manner for the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme.

850. UNODC is a programme of the United Nations Secretariat and its voluntary funds, the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the Fund of the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, both United Nations trust funds.
850 - مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة برنامج تابع للأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة، وصندوقا التبرعات التابعان له، أي صندوق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، صندوقان من الصناديق الاستئمانية التابعة للأمم المتحدة.

(b) While UNODC continues to strive for the greatest possible conceptual and operational integration of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, voluntary contributions are budgeted and accounted for separately under each Fund.

Member States expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the Secretariat to integrate and consolidate the presentation of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme in the consolidated budget for the biennium 2008-2009, although two distinct draft budgets were still being prepared.
وأعربت الدول الأعضاء عن تقديرها لما تبذله الأمانة من جهود لمكاملة وإدماج طريقة عرض برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في الميزانية المدمجة لفترة السنتين 2008-2009، وإن كان لا يزال يجري إعداد مشروعي ميزانيتين متمايزين.

(vi) The financial statements of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme are presented with the respective source of funding, by regular budget, general-purpose, special-purpose and programme support funds.

(a) Drug-related indicators be jointly developed by the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Development Programme for inclusion in the human development report of the United Nations Development Programme;
)أ( بأن يشترك برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي في وضع المؤشرات المتعلقة بتعاطي المخدرات والاتجار بها ، من أجل ادراج تلك المؤشرات في مؤشر التنمية البشرية الخاص ببرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي ؛

(a) Drug-related indicators be jointly developed by the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Development Programme for inclusion in the human development report of the United Nations Development Programme;
)أ( بأن يشترك برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي في وضع المؤشرات المتعلقة بتعاطي المخدرات والاتجار بها، من أجل إدراج تلك المؤشرات في مؤشر التنمية البشرية الخاص ببرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي؛

The consolidated financial statements of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), which include the accounts of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme and the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, for the biennium ended 31 December 2013 have been prepared in accordance with financial rule 106.10 and article VII of the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations.
