78- كذلك نوّهت اللجنة مع التقدير بأن البلدان المضيفة للمراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء توفّر للمراكز دعما ماليا وغير مالي هاما.

After a careful study of each of the evaluation reports prepared by international groups of experts who participated in the evaluation missions, host countries and institutions have been identified for the regional centres in three regions.
وبعد دراسة دقيقة لكل من التقارير التقييمية التي أعدتها أفرقة دولية لخبراء شاركوا في بعثات التقييم حددت البلدان والمؤسسات المضيفة للمراكز الاقليمية في ثلاث مناطق .

59- كما نوّهت اللجنة بأن البلدان المضيفة للمراكز الاقليمية لتعليم علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء تقدم دعما مهما ماليا وغير مالي إلى المراكز.

The updated education curricula will be provided to the regional centres that have been inaugurated in India for Asia and the Pacific, in Morocco and Nigeria for Africa and in Brazil and Mexico for Latin America and the Caribbean.
وسيتم توفير المناهج الدراسية المحدّثة للمراكز الاقليمية التي افتتحت في الهند والخاصة بآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، وفي المغرب ونيجيريا والخاصة بأفريقيا، وفي البرازيل والمكسيك والخاصة بأمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبـي.

وإذ تدرك مع القلق الحالة المالية للمراكز الاقليمية على النحو المبين في تقرير اﻷمين العام لعام ١٩٩٤ المتعلق بأنشطة المراكز الاقليمية)٦(،

In this regard, it should be recalled that, on a temporary basis, the General Assembly, by its resolution 47/219 B of 6 May 1993, approved the commitment authority of $l50,000 under section 37, Department of political affairs, of the programme budget for the biennium 1992-1993 in order to provide for the administrative support of the regional centres.
وفي هذا الصدد، تجدر اﻹشارة الى أن الجمعية العامة، بصفة مؤقتة، بموجب قرارها ٤٧/٢١٩ باء المؤرخ ٦ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣، على اﻹذن بالتزام مالي قدره ٠٠٠ ١٥٠ دولار في إطار الباب ٣٧، إدارة الشؤون السياسية، من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٢-١٩٩٣ لتوفير اعتماد للدعم الاداري للمراكز الاقليمية.

In 2001 and 2002, the United Nations Programme on Space Applications will continue to provide technical support to the regional centres for space science and technology education affiliated with the United Nations, in particular in organizing their educational and training activities.
242- وسيواصل برنامج الأمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية، في عامي 2001 و 2002، توفير الدعم التقني للمراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء المنتسبة الى الأمم المتحدة، ولا سيما في مجال تنظيم أنشطتها التعليمية والتدريبية.

In 2001 and 2002, the Office for Outer Space Affairs, through the United Nations Programme on Space Applications, will provide assistance to the regional centres for space science and technology education and the Network by further promoting awareness of the importance of their capacity-building efforts.
243- وفي عامي 2001 و2002، سيوفر مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي، عن طريق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية، مساعدة للمراكز الاقليمية لتعليم علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء وللشبكة، وذلك بزيادة التوعية بأهمية جهودها في بناء القدرات.

21. The United Nations Programme on Space Applications continues to support the regional centres for space science and technology education, which were established pursuant to General Assembly resolutions 45/72 of 11 December 1990 and 50/27 of 6 December 1995.
21- يواصل برنامج الأمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية تقديم الدعم للمراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء التي أنشئت عملا بقراري الجمعية العامة 45/72 المؤرخ 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990 و50/27 المؤرخ 6 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1995.

6. The Meeting took note of the invitation from the Office for Outer Space Affairs to other United Nations entities to provide various types of in-kind support, such as expertise, educational materials and data, to the regional centres for space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations.
6- وأحاط الاجتماع علما بالدعوة التي وجهها مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي إلى كيانات الأمم المتحدة الأخرى من أجل توفير شتى أنواع الدعم، مثل الخبرات والمواد التعليمية والبيانات، للمراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء، المنتسبة للأمم المتحدة.
