3- تؤكد بأن على إسرائيل أن تلتزم بالسماح للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بالقيام بزيارات منتظمة للمعتقلين وكذلك بالسماح للمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية الأخرى بأن تفعل ذلك وأن تتحقق من أوضاعهم الصحية والإنسانية، ولا سيما ظروف احتجازهم؛

3.
