The Court undertakes to keep the Security Council informed in this regard in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
وتتعهد المحكمة بإبقاء مجلس الأمن على علم في هذا الصدد، وفقا للنظام الأساسي والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات.

Information provided by the Court to the Security Council in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence shall be transmitted through the Secretary-General.

(a) In relation to victims, the Registrar shall also be responsible for the performance of following functions in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence:

2. Where a situation involving the crime of aggression is referred to the Prosecutor pursuant to article 13 (b) of the Statute, the Prosecutor shall proceed with the case in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
2 - عندما تحال قضية تنطوي على جريمة العدوان إلى المدعي العام عملا بالمادة 13 (ب) من النظام الأساسي، فإن المدعي العام يتابع القضية وفقا للنظام الأساسي والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات.

5. Where, following a request by the General Assembly, the International Court of Justice delivers an advisory opinion that there has been an act of aggression by the State concerned, and the General Assembly so recommends, the Prosecutor shall proceed with the case in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
5 - إذا أصدرت محكمة العدل الدولية، بناء على طلب الجمعية العامة، فتوى مفادها أن الدولة المعنية ارتكبت عملا من أعمال العدوان، فإن المدعي العام يتابع القضية وفقا للنظام الأساسي والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات، إذا أوصت الجمعية العامة بذلك.

(a) Shall be accorded the privileges, immunities and facilities to the extent necessary for the independent performance of their functions or for their presence before the Court under the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

Modify subparagraph (b) (i) to read: " On a regular basis, transmit to the United Nations information and documentation on the work of the Court, and, upon request of the United Nations and in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, provide information and documentation related to pleadings, oral proceedings, orders and judgements. "
