إن سياسة التقاعس التي تمارسها الولايات المتحدة وبعض الدول الأخرى الحائزة لأسلحة نووية في تناول ما تشكله الترسانة النووية للنظام الصهيوني من تهديدات حقيقية للسلام والأمن الإقليميين والدوليين في مجلس الأمن والمحافل الأخرى ذات الصلة تشكل عملا من أعمال الانتشار الأفقي فضلا عن انتشارها الرأسي.

Unjustified and unwarranted focus on peaceful and safeguarded nuclear facilities rather than efforts to address the existing proliferation threat posed by the unsafeguarded and secret nuclear weapons installations of the Zionist regime is counterproductive and constitutes a dangerous distraction.
إن التركيز الذي لا مبرر ولا مسوّغ له على المرافق النووية الخاضعة للضمانات بدلا من بذل الجهود لمعالجة خطر الانتشار القائم الذي تشكِّله المرافق غير الخاضعة للضمانات والسرية للنظام الصهيوني يؤدي إلى نتائج عكسية ويشكل إلهاء خطيرا.

And, finally, unwarranted focus on the peaceful, safeguarded nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, rather than addressing the existing proliferation threat posed by the secret, non-safeguarded nuclear-weapon installations of the Zionist regime, is counterproductive and constitutes a dangerous distraction.
وأخيراً، إنّ التركيز غير المبرّر على المرافق النووية السلمية والخاضعة للضمانات في جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، بدل معالجة التهديد القائم بالانتشار المتعلق الذي تفرضه منشآت السلاح النووي للنظام الصهيوني السرّية وغير الخاضعة للضمانات، له نتائج عكسية ويشكّل إرباكاً خطيراً.

It is ironic that countries such as Canada, members of the European Union (EU) or the United States, which have kept deadly silent on the clandestine nuclear weapons programme and unsafeguarded nuclear installations of the Zionist regime, make baseless allegations against Iran's exclusively peaceful and safeguarded nuclear programme, all of which we have categorically rejected.
ومن المثير للسخرية أن تثير بلدان مثل كندا أو أعضاء الاتحاد الأوروبي أو الولايات المتحدة، والتي لا تزال تلتزم الصمت التام فيما يتعلق ببرنامج الأسلحة النووية السري للنظام الصهيوني ومنشآته غير الخاضعة لضمانات الوكالة، ادعاءات لا أساس لها ضد البرنامج النووي الإيراني السلمي بشكل حصري والخاضع للضمانات.

That is blatantly manifested in the way in which the elected Government of the Palestinian people is treated, as well as in the support extended to the Zionist regime.

وعلى سبيل المثال يُسمح للنظام الصهيوني باقتناء مخزونات كبيرة من الأسلحة النووية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط المتفجرة، وبتحدي إرادة جميع دول المنطقة والمجتمع الدولي المجمعة على تحويل الشرق الأوسط إلى منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية.
