The State party should recognize and respect indigenous culture, history, language and way of life as an enrichment of the State's cultural identity and provide indigenous peoples with conditions allowing for a sustainable economic and social development compatible with their cultural characteristics.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تقر وتحترم الثقافة والتاريخ واللغة وطريقة العيش المتميزة الأصلية باعتبارها إغناء للهوية الثقافية للدولة وأن توفر للشعوب الأصلية الشروط التي تتيح تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة تتماشى مع خصائصها الثقافية.

The Committee recommends that the State party fully recognize and respect the culture, history, languages and way of life of its various ethnic groups as an enrichment of the State's cultural identity and adopt measures to protect and support minority languages, in particular within education.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تقرّ بالكامل وتحترم ثقافة وتاريخ ولغات وطريقة معيشة مختلف المجموعات الإثنية الموجودة على أراضيها، بوصف ذلك إثراءً للهوية الثقافية للدولة الطرف، وأن تعتمد تدابير لحماية ودعم لغات الأقليات، لا سيما في إطار التعليم.

(a) Recognize and respect indigenous distinct culture, history, language and way of life as an enrichment of the State's cultural identity and to promote its preservation;
(أ ) الاعتراف بما يميز الشعوب الأصلية من ثقافة وتاريخ ولغة وأسلوب في الحياة واحترام ذلك جميعاً باعتباره إثراء للهوية الثقافية للدولة والنهوض بحفظ هذه الهوية؛
