وإذ تستذكر قرارها 45/5 الذي شجّعت فيه الدول على النظر في تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية الخاصة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقّون علاجا بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية،

وإذ تستذكر قرارها 45/5، الذي شجعت فيه الدول على تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المعدة للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية بشأن المسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية،

2. In its resolution 44/15, the Commission invited the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, in cooperation with the International Narcotics Control Board and the World Health Organization, to convene a meeting of experts to develop guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs.
2- ودعت اللجنة، في قرارها 44/15، برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات إلى أن يعمد، بالتعاون مع الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، إلى عقد اجتماع للخبراء لوضع مبادئ توجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية الخاصة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون علاجا بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية.

وإذ تستذكر أيضا قرارها 44/15، الذي دعت فيه برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات إلى أن يعقد، بالتعاون مع الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، اجتماع خبراء لوضع مبادئ توجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون العلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة دوليا،

Taking into account the publication by the United Nations International Drug Control Programme of the guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs, prepared pursuant to Commission resolution 44/15,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات نشر المبادئ التوجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون العلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، التي أعدت عملا بقرار اللجنة 44/15،

The Commission was informed of the results of the meeting of the group of experts to develop guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs, held in Vienna from 12 to 14 February 2002 pursuant to Commission resolution 44/15.
87- وأُبلغت اللجنة بنتائج اجتماع فريق الخبراء المعني بوضع مبادئ توجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون علاجا بعقاقير خاضعة للرقابة الدولية، الذي عقد في فيينا من 12 إلى 14 شباط/فبراير 2002، عملا بقرار اللجنة 44/15.

وإذ تحيط علما بنشر المبادئ التوجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية الخاصة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقّون علاجا بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، المعدّة عملا بقرارها 44/15،()

Noting the meeting of experts convened, pursuant to its resolution 44/15, by the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, the International Narcotics Control Board and the World Health Organization in Vienna from 12 to 14 February 2002 to develop guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs,
وإذ تشير إلى اجتماع الخبراء الذي عقده، عملا بقرارها 44/15، برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات والهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات ومنظمة الصحة العالمية في فيينا من 12 إلى 14 شباط/فبراير 2002 لوضع مبادئ توجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون العلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية،

5. Invites the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, within available voluntary contributions, in cooperation with the International Narcotics Control Board and the World Health Organization, to convene a meeting of experts to develop guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs, specifically indicating:
5- تدعو برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يعمد، بالتعاون مع الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، وفي حدود التبرعات المتاحة، الى عقد اجتماع للخبراء لوضع مبادئ توجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية الخاصة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون معالجة بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، تبيّن فيهـا تحديدا ما يلي:

Welcomes the guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs prepared by the group of experts convened pursuant to Commission on Narcotic Drugs resolution 44/15, which include recommendations on national regulations concerning the transport by patients, for personal use, of medical preparations containing internationally controlled drugs;
2- ترحب بالمبادئ التوجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الذين يتلقون العلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، التي أعدها فريق الخبراء الذي شُكِّل عملا بقرار لجنة المخدرات 44/15، والتي تتضمن توصيات بشأن اللوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بقيام المرضى بنقل مستحضرات طبية لاستعمالهم الشخصي تحتوي على عقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية؛

2. Again welcomes the guidelines for national regulations concerning travellers under treatment with internationally controlled drugs prepared by the group of experts convened pursuant to Commission resolution 44/15, which include recommendations on national regulations concerning the transport by patients, for personal use, of medical preparations containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances;
2- ترحّب مرة أخرى بالمبادئ التوجيهية للوائح التنظيمية الوطنية الخاصة بالمسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج بعقاقير خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، التي أعدها فريق الخبراء الذي عقد عملا بقرار اللجنة 44/15، والتي تتضمن توصيات بخصوص اللوائح التنظيمية الوطنية بشأن نقل المرضى، للاستخدام الشخصي، لمستحضرات طبية تحتوي على عقاقير مخدرة أو مؤثرات عقلية؛
