It is important that the Administration focus on improving compliance with the Financial regulations and rules of the United Nations with respect to these processes, as well as on improving the management and efficiency of the processes themselves.
فمن الأهمية بمكان أن تركز الإدارة على تحسين الامتثال للوائح والقواعد المالية المتعلقة بهذه العمليات، فضلا عن تحسين إدارة العمليات ذاتها وكفاءتها.

1. Outcome of the first review of internal regulations and rules of the United Nations against the principles of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
1- نتيجة الاستعراض الأول للوائح والقواعد الداخلية في الأمم المتحدة في مقابل مبادئ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد

The internal review of regulations and rules, started at the request of the Conference and on the invitation of UNODC, is producing encouraging initial results.
64- ويؤدي الاستعراض الداخلي للوائح والقواعد الذي بدئ به بناء على طلب المؤتمر وعلى دعوة مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، إلى تحقيق نتائج أولية مشجعة.

The proceeds of contributions received through the above arrangements would be credited to central trust funds corresponding to each programme, administered in accordance with the financial regulations and rules of the United Nations.
٩٥- تقيد حصائل المساهمات التي ترد من خلال الترتيبات المشار اليها آنفاً لحساب الصناديق الاستئمانية المركزية المناظرة لكل برنامج، وستتم إدارتها وفقا للوائح والقواعد المالية لﻷمم المتحدة.

1. 13. In accordance with the relevant regulations and rules governing programme planning, the programme aspects of the budget, the monitoring of implementation and methods of evaluation, the Commission will have before it draft proposals on the subprogramme on advancement of women of the programme on policy coordination and sustainable development.

For each agreement (aside from the Multilateral Fund of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer), UNEP operates a core trust fund in accordance with the Financial regulations and rules of the United Nations in order to finance and manage the work of the relevant secretariat and conference of the parties.
