Article 33 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States provides that the executive branch shall have the exclusive power to expel from national territory, without the need for a prior court ruling, any alien whose continued presence it deems inexpedient.
تنص المادة 33 من الدستور السياسي للولايات المكسيكية المتحدة على أن يكون للجهاز التنفيذي السلطة الحصرية لإجراء الطرد من الأراضي الوطنية، دون الحاجة إلى حكم قضائي مسبق، في حق أي أجنبي يعتبر استمرار وجوده غير مناسب.

Its purpose is to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination practised against any person who finds him or herself on Mexican territory in the terms of Article 1, third paragraph, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and to promote genuine equality of opportunities and treatment.

127. In Mexico the provisions guaranteeing the right of free choice of employment and ensuring that conditions of work do not violate the fundamental political and economic freedoms of the individual are contained in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and the Federal Labour Act (LFT).
127- في المكسيك يتضمَّن الدستور السياسي للولايات المكسيكية المتحدة وقانون العمل الاتحادي الأحكام التي تكفل حرية اختيار العمل وتضمن عدم مخالفة شروط العمالة للحريات السياسية والاقتصادية الأساسية للفرد.

Article 6 also recognizes the rights to education, health, food, housing, the enjoyment of a healthy environment, work, social security and the rights relating to non-discrimination as defined in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States as rights for social development.
وتعترف المادة 6 أيضاً بالحقوق في التعليم والصحة والغذاء والمسكن والتمتُّع ببيئة صحية والعمل والأمن الاجتماعي والحقوق المتصلة بعدم التمييز المحدَّدة في الدستور السياسي للولايات المكسيكية المتحدة وكذلك الحقوق في التنمية الاجتماعية.

271. Article 9 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States stipulates as an individual guarantee that every person has the right to associate freely and peacefully for any lawful purpose.
271- تنص المادة 9 من الدستور السياسي للولايات المكسيكية المتحدة كضمان فردي على أنه من حق كل شخص الانضمام بحرية وبطريقة سلمية إلى أي مجموعة لأي غرض قانوني.

281. Under Article 123 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, the right of association is the same for all categories of workers.
