Presidential Decree No. 30 of 2012 was issued to form a technical committee to prepare for the National Dialogue Conference. The committee comprises 29 members, 17 percent of whom are women. It has instituted 30-percent representation for women in all national dialogue constituencies. 7.2.4.5.
صدر قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٣٠ لعام ٢٠١٢ بشأن تشكيل اللجنة الفنية للتحضير لمؤتمر الحوار الوطني التي تكونت من ٢٩ عضو وتمثل فيها النساء بنسبة ١٧ في المائة وقد أقرت اللجنة الفنية للتحضير لمؤتمر الحوار أن يكون تمثيل المرأة ما لا يقل عن ٣٠ في المائة في جميع مكونات الحوار الوطني.

The Committee welcomes the fact that recommendations made by working groups of the National Dialogue Conference include provisions guaranteeing children's rights, which are expected to be incorporated into the draft constitution.
9- ترحب اللجنة باحتواء التوصيات التي قدمتها الأفرقة العاملة لمؤتمر الحوار الوطني على أحكام تضمن حقوق الأطفال، وهي أحكام يُتوقع إدراجها في مشروع الدستور.

The beginning of the restructuring of the armed forces and the launch on 14 July 2012 of preparations for the National Dialogue Conference are clear indications that the Yemeni sides are committed to the implementation of the November 2011 Agreement.
