يقــــرر تكليف مجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري بدراسة مقترح عقد قمة عربية تشاورية بين الدورتين العاديتين لمجلس الجامعة على مستوى القمة للنظر في الموضوعات المستجدة وتنسيق المواقف والسياسات العليا للدول العربية، ورفع تقرير بهذا الشأن إلى مجلس الجامعة على مستوى القمة في دورته القادمة.
