14. The organizational structure of the Climate Technology Centre will be designed and managed to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations.

It decided to launch the selection process for the host of the Climate Technology Centre (CTC) upon conclusion of the seventeenth session of the COP.

It is proposed that UNEP should have the opportunity to report directly on its roles and responsibilities as host of the CTC to the COP, so that the COP can provide any necessary guidance to UNEP.
