The subprogramme will continue to monitor, review and provide policy guidance and oversight on United Nations standards of conduct and to advise on conduct and discipline matters relating to all categories of personnel.
وسيواصل البرنامج الفرعي رصد لمعايير الأمم المتحدة للسلوك واستعراضها وتوفير التوجيه السياسي والإشراف عليها، كما أنه سيقدم المشورة بشأن مسائل السلوك والانضباط فيما يتعلق بجميع فئات الموظفين.

3. The Government shall ensure that all members of its national contingent are made familiar with and fully understand the United Nations standards of conduct.

1. Misconduct means any act or omission that is a violation of United Nations standards of conduct, Mission standards of conduct or local laws and regulations.
1 - سوء السلوك يعني كل فعل أو امتناع يشكل انتهاكا لمعايير الأمم المتحدة للسلوك ومعايير البعثات للسلوك الخاصة أو القوانين واللوائح المحلية.

1. The Government shall ensure that all members of the Government's national contingent are required to comply with the United Nations standards of conduct set out in annex H to the present memorandum of understanding.

3. Serious misconduct means any act or omission that is a violation of United Nations standards of conduct, Mission standards of conduct or local laws and regulations and that results in or is likely to result in serious loss, damage or injury to an individual or to the mission.
3 - سوء السلوك الجسيم يعني كل فعل أو امتناع يشكل انتهاكا لمعايير الأمم المتحدة للسلوك أو معايير البعثات للسلوك أو القوانين واللوائح المحلية، وتنتج عنه، أو من المحتمل أن تنتج عنه خسائر أو أضرار أو إصابات جسيمة تلحق بفرد من الأفراد أو بالبعثة.

5. It is understood that the Force Commander will assess the performance of the commander of the Government's national contingent on the basis, inter alia, of the manner in which he or she discharges his or her responsibility for ensuring compliance with the United Nations standards of conduct, Mission standards of conduct and local laws and regulations.

29. Mission-specific rules and regulations means, mindful of national caveats, standard operating procedures, directives and other regulations, orders and instructions issued by the Head of Mission, Force Commander or Chief Administrative Officer of the United Nations peacekeeping mission in accordance with the United Nations standards of conduct; they shall contain information on applicable national and local laws and regulations.

18. Missions employ a wide range of measures to enforce compliance with United Nations standards of conduct. These include establishing mechanisms to facilitate reporting of complaints; prompt referral of allegations for investigation; tracking and reporting on misconduct allegations and cases; and examining ways to strengthen the accountability of civilian personnel for crimes committed while serving in United Nations peacekeeping operations.
