113- وأشارت كرواتيا إلى احتمال وجود حاجة إلى إعادة النظر في تشريعاتها المتعلقة بالمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة والمصادرة الدولية لتكييفها وفقا لمقتضيات الاتفاقية.

Speakers noted that 75 per cent of the respondents that had assessed themselves as not being fully in compliance with the Convention had indicated their technical assistance needs.
