(b) Include adequate reference to child labour in the reformed Minors' Code and implement a national plan of action against sexual exploitation and trafficking of children, taking into account the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996 and 2001 World Congress against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children;
(ب) الإشارة في إطار إصلاح قانون القاصرين إلى ظاهرة عمل الأطفال وتنفيذ خطة عمل وطنية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال والاتجار بهم، مع مراعاة الإعلان وبرنامج العمل المعتمدين في المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي التجاري للأطفال الذي عقد في عام 1996، والالتزام العالمي الذي اعتمده المؤتمر نفسه في عام 2001؛

(e) Implement a comprehensive policy, in coordination with NGOs, for the prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims, in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996 and 2001 World Congresses against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
