2 - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب الباقية.

If the number of candidates so elected is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the largest number of votes in the previous ballot, in a number not exceeding twice the number of places.
2 - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب الباقية يقتصر التصويت فيها على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق، على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المناصب.
