وإذا نسلم بأهمية الرصد على المستويين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي لمناهج العمل العالمية والإقليمية، مثلما سيحدث في المؤتمر الإقليمي الثامن المعني بالمرأة في أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي،

واتخذت اللجنة تدابير لزيادة وعي المرأة بالصكوك الدولية والوطنية لحقوق اﻹنسان، بغية تمكينها من الدفاع عن حقوقها، ولنشر المعلومات بشأن التقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بحالة المرأة في المجالات الحاسمة لمناهج العمل العالمية واﻷفريقية.

Recognizes the importance attached to the regional and subregional monitoring of the global and regional platforms for action by regional commissions and other subregional or regional structures, within their mandates, in consultation with Governments, as well as the necessity of promoting cooperation among Governments of the same region in that respect;
٢٠ - تسلﱢم بأهمية قيام اللجان اﻹقليمية وغيرها من الهياكل دون اﻹقليمية واﻹقليمية، في نطاق ولاية كل منها، وبالتشاور مع الحكومات، بالرصد اﻹقليمي ودون اﻹقليمي لمناهج العمل العالمية واﻹقليمية، وبضرورة تعزيز التعاون في هذا الخصوص فيما بين حكومات المنطقة نفسها في هذا الصدد؛

13. 10. The Assembly recognized the importance attached to the regional and subregional monitoring of the global and regional platforms for action and the implementation of the outcome of the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly by regional commissions.
10 - وأقرت الجمعية بالأهمية المعلقة على ما تقوم به اللجان الإقليمية من رصد على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي لمناهج العمل العالمية والإقليمية ولتنفيذ نتائج الدورة الاستثنائية الثالثة والعشرين للجمعية العامة.
