In that context, the Transitional Minister for Foreign Affairs, Faustino Embali, represented Guinea-Bissau at the Fifth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, held in Beijing on 21 and 22 July.

At the forthcoming Summit of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum in November of this year, we will propose new measures designed to help and accelerate the development of African countries.

The fourth senior officials meeting of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, convened in Beijing in August 2005, conducted a mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Addis-Ababa Action Plan for 2004-2006 adopted at the second ministerial conference of the Forum in December 2003.
ففي الاجتماع الرابع لكبار المسؤولين التابع لمنتدى التعاون بين الصين وأفريقيا المعقود في بيجين بالصين في آب/أغسطس 2005، أُجري تقييم لنصف المدة لتنفيذ خطة عمل أديس أبابا للفترة 2004-2006 المعتمدة في المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني للمنتدى المعقود في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003.

Though still suffering from the global financial crisis, China was committed to implementing the measures to assist Africa announced at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, held in November 2006.

وفي اجتماع الأمم المتحدة الرفيع المستوى المعني بالأهداف الإنمائية للألفية الذي عقد في أيلول/سبتمبر 2008 وفي الاجتماع الوزاري الرابع لمنتدى التعاون بين الصين وأفريقيا الذي عقد في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009، أعلنت الصين اتخاذ سلسلة من التدابير لمساعدة البلدان النامية الأخرى.
