10. The Ninth Meeting of the Providers' Forum was held in conjunction with the Seventh Meeting of ICG.
10- وعُقد الاجتماع التاسع لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات بالتزامن مع الاجتماع السابع للجنة الدولية.

It was also noted that rules and procedures for the designation of chairs were lacking in the current terms of reference of ICG and that this topic should be considered at the next meeting of the Providers' Forum.
كما لوحظ أنَّ الاختصاصات الحالية للجنة الدولية تخلو من قواعد وإجراءات تعيين الرؤساء وأنَّ هذا الموضوع ينبغي النظر فيه أثناء الاجتماع المقبل لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات.

It was further noted that that would give experts an opportunity to propose recommendations on the future work of the ICG and its Providers' Forum, which could be considered as part of the discussion at the next meeting of the Providers' Forum.

ICG took note with appreciation of the paper summarizing discussions concerning the future of ICG, which had been submitted by the co-chairs of the Providers' Forum.

13. The Providers agreed that the next meeting of the Providers' Forum would be held in Vienna in June 2013, in conjunction with the fifty-sixth session of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. The meeting would be co-chaired by China and the United States.
13- اتَّفق مقدِّمو الخدمات على أن يُعقد الاجتماع القادم لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات في حزيران/يونيه 2013، بالتزامن مع الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية، وأن تتشارك الصين والولايات المتحدة في رئاسة الاجتماع.

The representative of the European Community presented its position on compatibility and interoperability and proposed two objectives to be included in the official documentation of the Providers' Forum: " Global and regional system providers agree that, at a minimum, all global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) signals must be compatible.
1- عرض ممثل الجماعة الأوروبية موقف الجماعة من مسألة التوافق وقابلية التشغيل المتبادل، واقترح إدراج هدفين في الوثائق الرسمية لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات: " يوافق مقدمو خدمات النظم العالمية والإقليمية على أقل تقدير أن تكون جميع إشارات النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة متوافقة.

The Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that the seventh meeting of ICG and the ninth meeting of the Providers' Forum, organized by the Government of China, had been held in Beijing from 4 to 9 November 2012 and that the eighth meeting of ICG would be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 10 to 14 November 2013.
138- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أنَّ الاجتماع السابع للجنة الدولية المعنية بالنظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة والاجتماع التاسع لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات التابع للجنة الدولية قد عُقدا في بيجين، من 4 إلى 9 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، ونظمتهما حكومة الصين، وأنَّ اجتماع اللجنة الدولية الثامن سيُعقد في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، من 10 إلى 14 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013.

At the second plenary session (led by the co-chairs of the ICG Providers' Forum), held on 11 November 2013, issues for discussions in ICG and/or its working groups were identified; the meeting focused on getting GNSS user input to gain insight into users' needs and requirements.
8- وعُقدت الجلسة العامة الثانية (التي أدارها الرئيسان المتشاركان لمنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات) في 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013، وحُدِّدت فيها المسائل التي ستُناقَش في اللجنة الدولية و/أو أفرقتها العاملة، وركَّزت على التماس المدخلات من المستعملين لتكوين فكرة واضحة عن احتياجات ومتطلبات مستعملي النظم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة.
