In these times of dramatic organizational changes, the United Nations system organizations must invest in training with the objective of enhancing the ability of staff to cope with new legislative mandates and preparing them to adapt to change and assume new tasks.

التوصية 11: ينبغي لرؤساء مكاتب المراجعة الداخلية للحسابات التابعة لمنظمات منظومة الأمم المتحدة الحرص، لدى إعدادهم خططهم المتعلقة بالمراجعة الداخلية للحسابات، على إيلاء الاهتمام الكافي للمخاطر المرتبطة مباشرة بتشغيل وإدارة الصناديق الاستئمانية، ومنها، على سبيل الذكر لا الحصر، الصناديق الاستئمانية الكبيرة.

JIU issued nine recommendations with one of them (recommendation 9) for consideration by the legislative bodies; and eight (recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) directed to the executive heads of the United Nations system organizations.
