5. Takes note of the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 15 May 2003 granting a waiver with respect to the measures taken to implement the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme;
5 - تحيط علما بمقرر المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 15 أيار/مايو 2003 الذي يمنح إعفاء فيما يتصل بالتدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ نظام عملية كيمبرلي لإصدار الشهادات()؛

2. Stresses that in order for the Doha Round to be concluded satisfactorily, the negotiations should result in the establishment of rules and disciplines in the area of agriculture, adhering to the development mandate of the Doha Ministerial Declaration, the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration;
2 - تؤكد ضرورة أن تسفر المفاوضات عن وضع قواعد وضوابط في ميدان الزراعة تتقيد بما تقرر بشأن التنمية في إعلان الدوحة الوزاري، وفي قرار المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2004، وفي إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري حتى تختتم جولة الدوحة على نحو مرض؛

Also stresses the need for negotiations of the World Trade Organization in non-agricultural market access to live up to the development mandate of the Doha Ministerial Declaration, the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration;
3 - تؤكد أيضا ضرورة أن تفي مفاوضات منظمة التجارة العالمية فيما يتعلق بفرص الوصول إلى الأسواق غير الزراعية بما تقرر بشأن التنمية في إعلان الدوحة الوزاري، وفي قرار المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2004، وفي إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري؛

3 - تؤكد أيضا ضرورة أن تفي مفاوضات منظمة التجارة العالمية فيما يتعلق بالوصول إلى الأسواق غير الزراعية بمتطلبات والتزامات التنمية الواردة في إعلان الدوحة الوزاري، وفي قرار المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2004، وفي إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري؛

23 bis. We reiterate that to generate the kind of economic growth, development and poverty eradication -- that we committed to when we launched the Doha round in 2001, and reaffirmed in the Monterrey Consensus in 2002, in the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and in the 2005 Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration, a major reform of the international trading system is required.
23 مكررا - وإننا نؤكد من جديد أن توليد ما التزمنا به من نمو اقتصادي وتنمية وتخفيف حدة الفقر عندما بدأنا جولة الدوحة عام 2001، وما أعدنا تأكيده في توافق آراء مونتيري عام 2002، وفي قرار المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2004، وفي إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري الصادر عام 2005، يتطلب إصلاحا رئيسيا للنظام التجاري الدولي.
